A Message from the HOA Board

Dear Valued Homeowner,

Please allow this memo to serve as notice of the Board Meeting for the Washington's Crossing at Locust Grove Homeowners Association. The Agenda will include budget preparation and general issues.

This Board Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2001 in the first floor Conference Room of the Deptford Township Municipal Building, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, NJ 08096.

If you are interested in getting on the Agenda for the meeting please contact the management office no later than Monday September 24, 2001. Your issue will then be placed on the Agenda to be discussed prior to the Association business. The Agenda will include a short period of time for open discussion, however, homeowners members will only be permitted to observe the actions of the Board for the balance of the meeting.
